how much $$ to paint...

For those of you who have aftermarket body kits not made by Honda, how much did you pay to get your kit painted?

I want to have somewhat of an idea of how much extra I'll have to pay after the initial cost of the kit.

Thanks

Painting bodykit could cost around $1000+. Depends on paint shop but i would expect to pay $500. Lip kit would cost less to get it painted than full replacement bumpers.

damn, i didn't realize it would be that much

The parts I was thinking of getting are the OEM front (doesn't need to be painted) and the Tsunami side skirts and rear

so all I'd need painted are the side skirts and rear piece.

how much do you think it would cost just to get the tsunami sides painted? That is the one I really want the most.

I'm cool with just having the OEM front and rear

I found a great place around my way, i got my whole kit painted for 350! Just cant beat that price!, lol. I have the tsunami front bumper, type a side skirts, and wings west g5 rear lip which had to be re-painted to my color since it was orginally painted black. My front bumper was 250$, side skirts were 50$, and rear lip was another 50$. Plus, the paint job came out great!!! They even put the flex additive, so the paint doesnt crack when the urethane bends. I'll recommend that place to anyone, and if I ever need anything painted again, I'll def be going there. Dropped it off Tue morning, it was all complete by Fri morning. Good luck looking for a place to paint man, shop around, I know I did, and got lucky.

I got some killer deals on mine. My oem bumpers (had to replace them due to damage) I got painted for 300. Just took my Kaminari lipspoiler in to get painted and getting it done for 200. Excellent quality for what I want, Taffeta white. =)

about $300 just for a lip kit. Think you can get an idea how much it would be for a full kit.
