It's a waste of money. They're made of cloth and it says SPOON on them.
Just for looks. My friend has the same ones on his brake fluid resevoir and on his power steering resevoir.

when you said bottle warmers i thought you ment by nitrous bottle warmers..
those covers prevent from having excess fluids from spilling over the engine bay.. they just retain the fuilds if you over fill or drip.
they go around powersteering, wiper, and brake fluid tanks
