I'm looking at buying a Vibrant muffler part #10502 and I was wondering if anyone might have a sound clip for the muffler. I will be doing a custom 2.5" pipe job when I put the muffler on. I have heard people say that this muffler sounds deep and is loud, but does not have the high pitched whinning sound at high RPM's. Is this true?
Also, do I need to get another resinator or can I go without? If I need a new one, what and where is a good place to get one at?

no, not yet anyways. i was told that either 2.25 or 2.5 were good sizes for piping.

I have no proof to back this up, but I've always heard that 2.25" is as big as you want to go with our engines if you're not using turbo.

APRboy has a vibrant axel back with HP header, highflow cat, and custom 2.25" piping. The car is loud but not ricey. Deep mellow tone.
