Corbeau seats

I wanna buy some Corbeau A4's and my buddy's step dad said he could install them. Besides the seats what do I need for him to do this? Seats,Bracket,??

brackets...rachet...14mm socket i believe. it isn't too hard to install these seats...they're just bolt on. you'll need to figure out how to disconnect the wires underneath your seats too.

By saying rachet and socket you mean all i need is the seats, brackets, and the tools and ability to do the job?
