i want some neons to put under my seats or under my dash...which brand is the brightest? or are they all the same?

varad is actually the brightest according to illumans *spelling* because they are not actually neon but rather led based

noway!!!! i got some from Redline . . their called Ultra Brights . . .the come in 4" , 6" ,10" tubes .. .10x brighter!

led is brighter than neon when compared but its also up to what you want.

yup, leds are way brighter than the neons. also, with some of the led kits, you can make them change colors, strobe or make the leds scan from left to right.

Except with neons you get the glow effect. Leds just light up in a straight line.

i would put them inder the dash cause my freind has an is300 and he installed his under the dash and it lights up each side the passanger and the driver side where they are mounted and it looks hella cool..

Ive decided to put 4 UV leds (at the corners of the ceiling) hooked to a box that i can strobe then or put them in sequential motion or just for on and off. Anyone know how to do this?

check out "my ride" i have street glows under my seats and dash and in all my vents, much better if your going for a all around glow look. i'd only use LED's in super small spaces where a neon tube woudlnt fit.

yea but you can wire them to switches and use them only when you're at a car show or trying to show off

hey i have neons under my car and under my dash and its tyte! i dont think ur supposed to have them on when you drive at night but its sweet. like it doesnt bother me or nething. and i have streetglow and they are amazing!
