kaminari kit

Here's my dilema:
I want to get the Kaminari kit for my car but I live in an apt. complex that has really huge speed bumps. I measured some of the tallest ones and found out that I have 4 1/2 inches of clearance from the bottom of my stock bumper and sides to the top of the speed bump. My car is stock, as far as suspension goes except for 18" rims and 40 series tires. I just want to know if anyone out there has the kaminari kit for the 2-door coupe and could tell me how much clearance you've got. Or any other suggestions would be appreciated.
I'm just trying to avoid spending all the money and time and then cracking the front air dam on the first speed I hit!!!

Thanks...anyone...
ps. kaminari says that thier kits are between 1-3 inches taller than stock parts, so I just want to get some real life experiences.

i got the kaminari fascia kit..(front bumper kit), and i'm lowered on ground controls about 1.75 inches. i've never really had any problems with speed bumps. just go over them diagonally like every other lowered car does. besides, the kit is made of urethane...so it WON'T crack...but it might crack the paint if bent too much. just don't be dumb by going over speedbumps at 20mph or something.
