Lightbulb Neon Strips?

I know a lot of people are like "neons are gay!", but I don't care.. that is your own style.. I like them. I kinda want some neons for the back, and I was wondering if anyone knew if they made neon strips. I know it is possible because they have reverse glo gauges and that is the basic idea. I was wondering if they made neon strips like that and where I might be able to get some of those. Thanks guys.

What do you mean? Neon lighting is a gas in a tube, not a strip. You can buy electroluminescent strips, wire them up and get a glow effect... I think they come in lots of colors, I have no idea where to get it though.

well, he got the idea from reverse glow gauges, which isnt exactly using neon, prolly more along the lines of a fiber optic lighting system (i dont know what gauges use)

well, I would probably put them between the rear window and the smaller side window.

On this pic it would be right there at the very top (the lighter grey area that you can only see a little of). Sorry, couldn't get a better pic.

hmm.. ok.. i think i know what yer talking about now.. just as an interior neon accent light, right?
well, instead of searching high and low for a neon or electroluminescent strip, it would probably be easier to open that up, mount some neon bars in that area, cut a hole open on 'rear a-pillar' (dont know what the hell its called... that part is like the a-pillar up front, so i'm calling it that..), and have the neon bar exposed/lighting that way, or if you wanna mask that area, replace the part (or the part you cut out, rather) with a semi-transparent piece that allows the light to show.. that's jes me pulling ideas outta my *** tho..
