question about taking transmission out of car?
I am going to have honda do some warranty work on my car, but I know when they look at your tranny, they take it out of your car and they have to remove pieces of your exhaust, what will they do if my exhaust is all welded together from the downpipe to the cat and from the cat all the way to the muffler?

If I had to guess... they'll torch it off. Then hopefully be nice enough to weld it back together. I suppose the other alternative is to unbolt the header and let the whole thing hang while they work on it.

is it welded where the DP meets the manifold, if so that would be a problem, if this is warranty work id charge u the labor to take the whole exhaust off from the header back
