the dc tcs exhaust is the s@#$! baby
I can see both points...No question there...I happen to like the RS*R also, which if I ever decide to change exhaust, that would be my choice...Fly, your right about some people having weld problems with there exhaust, but DC has great customer service and replaces anything you buy from them with no questions asked ...I mean, any company that produces parts for a car can have some faulty parts here and there... What I'm trying to get to is, we need to be more adult about opinions on the boards when someone ask about a certain product instead of flaming it, because there is a lot of people that may have this particular exhaust. that have spent alot of money and when someone "flames it" it just starts a big argument. ( we all know how it goes)...If you have a helpful point about the part, post it so the guy that asked the question can have some helpful resources....Do you see what I'm trying to get at guys?
Tell me what you don't like about yourself....

Oh I definatly agree with you. But I don't agree with the thread starter. He obviously doesn't know about our cars or about how exhaust systems work. He's just stating how it's the shizzle, when it isn't the best out there. Keep in mind that I don't feel that Tanabe is the best out there either. But IMO, they are as close as I can get. Tanabe isn't without problems either. My car is lowered on Tein SS and I scrape EVERYWHERE. It is a huge canister, I'll make no bones about it.
DC is great for those who love it, but I think that everyone needs to be informed of some of the problems that exist with their exhausts such as the leaking and sway bar problems.

Yeah, your right...We just need to address the pros/cons in a more informative way instead of stating that "my exhaust is better than yours" just because you have what you have....With that said...I think everything has been addressed and we can now move on...What do you think?
I have the dc tcs and the dc ss header. I dont have a problem with either one. I purchased these products due to a tornactive gb. Ive had great results with this combo. The leaks and problems are most likely due to install mishaps and what not. The person needs to check the sitting on the gaskets at each of the points. Also, the person needs to torque the bolts to the correct torques provided in the instructions. DC Sports is a great company. They strive to provide awsome produces as well as keeping a different attitude towards design. There is no "exhaust is better than your". Its all in the car setup. Yes, the dc tcs is heavy, but Im not worried about weight. When I turbo my car, Im looking into getting the tanabe ultra because of weight and being a straight exhaust. Or if I swap, then something custom.
yea but also i dont think dc is expensive considering i got mine for $500 and the other companies or at least some are about 600 and as for the header evry1 is right its not bigger than stock..kamakazi is bigger but when u combine two products of the same company they were obviously tested together and might give better otput then mixing but wutever i love mine theres no need to say it sux when evry company is almost the same...to each his own..if u have had it and had a problem with it then thats fine u can just state that problem not go on and say it sux 4 evry1 else who has it..
