Okay to install Intake at 1300 miles?

I'm picking up my aem ram air intake tommorow, and just wanted to make sure there isn't any problems with installing it with 1300 miles on the car. I did break in period up to 600, and have progressively taken it a bit higher in rpms. Since break in was over at 600, I assume it's okay to start doing stuff to the car, the only thing that seems weird is that it recomends keeping that "break in" oil up until 5k. Will this be an issue or should everything be alright? Thanks

don't worry about it... your car should be able to handle the tiny extra bit of air...

When you install your intake, remember to disconnect the battery and let the ECU reset so it can get used to the new volume of air flow faster. It will adjust regardless, but this way is a bit faster. I didn't hve to worry when installing my CAI as I HAD to remove the batt so I could trim the plastic tray a bit due to space constraints.
