how to remove the original guage?

I'm almost positive those EL guages are overlays.

If you are talking about installing Indiglo guages they just layover the stock guages. I attached mine with double sided tape as did most people that have them.

i dun even know how to remove the dash for getting out the guage.. two screws on top, anymore?

yes there are 3 more screws behind the black plastic u should be able to see them once u take it out, then u have the wires on top plugged in
