bug guard / bug shield

does anyone have a pic of a bug shield on a 7th gen? preferably a coupe.
ive seen a pic of a blue civ with one but im hoping to see different angles. dont ask me why though :-p

i dunno where just yet...... i would assume places like discound auto, pepboys.... or, hell, maybe even walmart would carry them.

i know my sister bought a leather hood thingy for her bf and it had to be special ordered when she went to pepboys but it only took a week.

it took me forever to get them, but my uncle manages an advance in alabama, and he ordered Ventshades for my 2001 coupe.... i'll see if i can attach a pic... i've never done it... i just COULDNT track them down online...

Im debating on the bug guard thing...

lol bug-guard... i only see trucks and suv's with em... i dont think its very help full, considering that most of the bugs are stuck on my bumper... and it doesnt look great either.

The purpose I think is to keep your paint in good condition from pebbles on the road. Not bugs...in my opinion.

the only thing i have to say with bug shields is that i have one for my truck and looking at the first picture of the car on top if you notice closely there are little white circles....these are like velcro locking mechanisms that you stick on your hood and on the back of the bug shield.....

basically those circles are use to stop the hood protector from banging against your hood by gusts of wind while driving.

i tried with my bug shield on my truck not to install the circles.....but it just didn't fit right so i ended up putting them in anyway.

it may ruin your paint or you may just not want to stick those circles on.....just things to think about....just my two cents.
