AC VTEC controller, RS Type Vtec contoller

Has anyone seen this controller or have it? Both claim to work with our engines. Its about 120.00 bucks and its only for vtec no air or fuel. Tell me what you guys think, it might be a good buy for 120.00 bucks. AC VTEC, RS TYPE VTEC CONTROLLER

i dont think a vtec controller is really necessary(sp?). If you do the vtec light mod, in the DIY section, then you'll realize that about anytime you romp on the gas, the high lope profile engages...its really that simple. I dont see any reason to have vtec on in any other situation.
