With no other mods? It won't be too noticeable. Just sound nicer and look cleaner under the hood. 1-2HP max. I think you might gain that across the chart though, so it might pull more even .
well i got a aem cai a skunk2 exhaust and a grounding system i had cam gears and pullies took them off cause saw no gain in the 2 and car wasn't tuned for cam gears--got the header in my gradge right now just want to know if its worth my time and money to install it ---this header is really difficult to install got to mess with motor mount or lift engine i think...>thanks

Well good luck. . I'm not sure about that header. I know some you can slide in without messing with the engine or motor mounts, but I don't know if this one requires it. With a cat back system and a intake you might get 2 or 3 hp. Overall gain with H/E/I I'm thinkin about 5 or 6. nothing major for sure.
I have it. If you have an EX manual, you will need to shave a TINY piece off of the motor mount to make it fit. But between doing that and not installing the header at all, I recommend installing the header. I have mine with an Injen SRI and a Tsudo full cat-back exhaust, and it makes a significant difference running that combo. Especially, since you're running complete aftermarket piping all the way from your engine straight through to the muffler. No cat = no restriction = better performance.
What kind of grounding system Lowriding?? Yeah I just got 2.25'' piping witha muffler running from the Cat after the downpipe. I think I'm just gonnna take that one off and get the HP Racing header that comes with a high flow cat. I've lost low end torque from the Muffler and piping though, how can I gain some back?
