fog lights

what kind of fog light options do we have for our cars? I have an 02 coupe and I think the OEM lights are gay looking.... might I fare better with say PIAAs? and other brands that are of reasonable quality yet less expensive? do they all usually have diff color bulbs that can be easily changed out?

I disagree with you cause I love the factory fogs there just too expensive, if you get aftermarket they wont fit as good as the oem ones in the spot thats designated for fogs. plus I hear the quality of the factorys is way better! but thats my opinion! if anyone wants to sell some OEM fogs PM me!

"gay"?

They are the most natural looking (part of the car). Not like the foglights you buy from an auto store like Pepboys, Strauss, or Autozone. Those look like pimples, and then they don't match your headlights color.

but anyways... go to Pepboys, Strauss Auto, or an Autozone near you. You'll find a whole light aisle. Many style/sizes to choose from, as well as bulb you can upgrade to

I have the PIAA 2100X foglights (not driving lights) and I like them a lot. The were about $200 locally and not too hard to install. I haven't had any problems like the lens cracking or anything like the OEM foggies have.

The best part about these lights is that they match my PIAA Xtreme White headlight bulbs.

I'm attaching a pic of them on my car at the Texas meet. I wish I had a pic w/o me in it but this was all I could find.

The link to PIAA's website is here

I bought my "OEM style" foglights from ebay for $70 shipped. I went to a reputable shop at a local mall and got them installed for $100. I can't complain, because they installed my cd-changer and my Viper alarm, and up to now they're still in top working order. I've had my foglights on for almost 2 years now, and NOTHING is wrong with them (except for some little rock marks from the road. AND NO they have not broke yet). I think someone kicked the lenses of the members who have broken oem foglights The glass is pretty thick (I think as thick are the car windows)

They are great fog lights. Fit perfectly, work with your alarm and car. Pretty easy to install although cutting the plastic was kinda of a pain. But overall for $70 and doin it yourself is the best. Wish i could have gotten fog lights like XxSoVeReiGNxX though cuz mine cracked already. Just normal driving down the freeway but I guess thats just bad luck.
