What part is this?

I need a replacement for this part.. I used to have undercar neons but grew tired of them and took them off.. I put the neon switch in one of the little bracket things that fill in the instrument panel by the cigarette lighter.

As you can see by this image I have an arrow pointed directly at that part I need

You can check out the Hondaautomotiveparts.com site by checking here .. I think it is part #43.. but surely it cant be $4.18 for just a little bracket that covers up a hole..

Anyhow.. any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

Well, the link you posted didn't work for me, but from what it sounds like, you need a factory blank. Car manufacturers use those blanks to fill places that switches would go on other models. $5 honestly doesn't sound too unreasonable, you gotta remember, you want a replacement car part here. You should just be able to call up a local dealership and tell them you need a replacement knockout (or blank) cover that goes next to your lighter. If your anything like me, paying the extra $2 and getting it at the dealership will be a lot less stressful then ordering it through the internet.

Looks like you have a 2002 Civic EX 2dr, am I right?

Yup.. I live about 1 hour from the nearest Honda dealership so paying for shipping cost doesn't sound too unreasonable for me
