Moisture/fog Inside Projector Hl Lens

Can any one tell me how to remove the fog inside my projector lens.

I have the projectors with the angel eyes.

The fog/moisture is actually inside the projector's main light lens ( where the H1 bulb goes),
not the clear plastic that covers the whole headlight.
