How can i clear 03 civic headlights?

my friend has an silver 03 civic ex. he would like to know how you can take the yellow out of the stock headlights. From what i know from my eclipse you would have to take the stock headlights off and put them into the oven to melt the rubber seal then pry them apart. Please post up if ya know of an easier way or is it just easier to buy some off ebay. thnx

diy = do it yourself, its legal if you have some form of amber bulb or lens, but i left mine with the clear bulb and no amber lens and never got messed with, i dont think anyone has, unless they have a colored blub other then clear or amber
