The first one is a Short Ram Intake (SRI)
The second one is Injens Race Division Cold Air Intake (CAI)

CAI is def better, but on our cars you dont notice much, I used an Injen CAI and I love it - the nice thing about injen is that they won't release a Race Division CAI until it out preforms its competitors.

the first one is a sri (short, ram, intake) and it has the snake-head adaptor.(pictured) they don't make this adaptor anymore, so consult the distributor before purchase. the second one is a cai (cold air intake) more pieces, but (pictured) has no adaptor, rather a 90 degree pipe.(common) i like the sri, but to combat the heat, i, built a custom heatshield for mine. the snake-head is so bitchin'.....
