will Polarg Hyper White blinker bulb and park light bulb match mtec H4 bulbs?

Not for sure. I know that I bought a Polarg blue bulb for my turn signal and it wouldn't fit. The connection for the bulb was right, but the actual bulb part wouldn't fit into the headlamp. I dunno why. .

what bout mtec h4s with piaa xtreme white for both parklight and blinker? anyone have this? would this be a good matching combo?

The only TRUE way you will get a match is to use the same companies bulbs and same types (ie. extreme white, plasma blue, etc.). Every company makes their bulbs different and use different materials therefore different colors or shades.
