Just tossed in some PIAA H3's...

The bulb that came with my projectors blew on my drivers side last week, so I went with some PIAA Super White Platinums.

I have no pics yet, but am very satisfied with them. They give off a nice white look, fairly bright, and good visibility. I plan on upgrading my PIAA Super White 194's to Super White Platinums for a better match.

I have heard PIAA's go out quicker than Polargs and MTECS, but both shops I talked to recomended PIAA over Polarg and PIAA comes with a 1 year warranty anyway, which I dont think Polarg has. Overall I am really satisfied with the look.

I think PIAAs are way to much money to be spending on bulbs. I bought Xenons which i think are give the same light as PIAAs and I payed $15 for them. From what i remember, PIAAs are around $50 or more, right That's just my take on bulbs. Maybe you got a good deal on them....i don't know

I always thought PIAA bulbs were low quality. Good brands have always been polarg and raybrig. I hope yours last for a while.

Yeah, they are expensive, but hey, there is a warranty on em so its all good, and they are nice looking. I was just going to go with some Silverstars, but they dont have matching wedge bulbs, and I heard they give off a cheesy yellow tint. And I didnt want to go with autoshop generics because everyone around here who gets em has them blown out in like a two months. Now I can put a cool PIAA decal on my car.

i used to have some el cheepo $20 bulbs. but one of them blew. so i went and spent $60 on my piaa's. looking at them side by side i think the liaa's are way cleaner looking. they aren't nearly as blue and they have a much brighter wider spread. i've had them for more than a year where as the cheep ones lasted me 3 months. if you say piaa's look the same you're way off. i just need to go buy some h3's now for my new projectors.
