Rep Power: 0 cleared headlight from tornactive.com
i plan to get the cleared headlight from tornactive.com
i kno its easy DIY but just in case that i would be bored of cleared headlight
ima keep my stock headlight, thats why im buying ones..
anyways, im get it from tornactive.com
ima get Honda Civic 01&up Chrome Housing with Clear Len Headlight this item from them..
my question is..is that same as cleared stock headlight? or is it defferent cuz of chrome housing?
"CAUTION: DO NOT FIT 2003 & up Civic Si".. does this mean it will fit 2003 civic coupe EX and wont fit civic si? i got 03 civic coupe EX so it would be fine?
$149 is for pair(both left and right)?
are those "honda OEM but cleared" or "aftermarket but same fit"?
do those use same bulbs, h4 for headlight 194 for parking light 7443 for signal?
if anyone bought these from them, could i see some pics of cars? i wanna compare these with DIY'd cleared stock headlight..

Rep Power: 0 IMO If you just clear your own it would look better, and if you get sick of them (i doubt it) you can just buy some stock ones of of ebay for like 40 bucks instead of blowing 150 for ones that are almost the same

Rep Power: 0 If you want to know more about those headlights from tornactive.com, talk to RedDragon333 or SkiLLzSter. They have the gunmetal housing headlights though.
I don't think anybody has bought cleared headlights, but I understand why you want to.

Rep Power: 0 Do you really have to put your car on jack stand to remove the front bumper. I am not quick to get under my car while it is on jack stands. I am not a little guy, so I would have to get it installed anyway.

Rep Power: 0 um..when i looked at my friend's 01 civic DIY cleared headlight, there were about 5~7 holes, that were holding amber part, around edge where the amber part was..is it normal or he did something wrong?
he doesnt really kno about car but i think hes ricer..lol
um..anyway, is it normal? or was he supposed to do something more for those? or did he messed up his headlight?
it was not really noticable when i looked it from distance but when i looked closely it was easily looked, and it looked like crap IMO..
do cleared headlight from tornactive.com have these holes too?
it might not perfectly fit? oh thats not good..hm..dont kno what to do..
just tell me what to do with those holes if its not normal then ima go for DIY

Rep Power: 0 Ever considered buying DIY cleared headlights from someone here on this site? There are a lot of people selling them in the For Sale section. Some of them are even selling uncleared stock headlights for about $125 (practically brand new).

Rep Power: 353 Yeah, that's what I would do. Just go to the Market Place or Ebay, buy some used OEM cleared or uncleared headlights for like $50-$100 and mess with those. If you fuck them up, oh well, you've still got your original ones.
