LED bulbs blink too fast!!!

LED bulbs blink too fast!!!
i just installed LED bulbs for my front turn signals, and they blink way too fast now!!! and its only when i do turn signals, when the hazards are on it is normal speed???? is there something i can buy or do to bring them back to normal speed?

Rep Power: 0 it dose it because the LED bulbs are lower resistance or somthign, if i remember correctly you have to do somthing with resistors.
I would like to know how to leave the signals normal but have the 4ways be hyper, if any one knows that let me know
