lil boo boo....and kit ques

Aight so make a long story short, i have not even had my car for 3 mths, and some stupid female driver hit me. No offense to good female drivers! yesterday i was backing out of a spot, and double check for a car. I was like 75% out of the way when i hear bam!! i look back and a stupid biacth put her car in reverse and tried to back up fast enough to get my spot. She ruined my bumper placing a nice quater size hole it in, and dented the bottom of my trunk lid (where the key hole is). The bumper is still on, but will need to be replaced. My insurance is fighting currently with hers to get all the balme on her since we were both in the wrong for backing up in a parking lot (university parking lot, in florida). So yah it really blows....but i was thinking hey since i got to get a new bumper and the insurance co. will be paying i am going to ask the body shop if they will put a kit on for me (or atleast prep and paint it so i can mount it.)

So now i am done with my story i am in between the octane and the r34 and a few others. I seem to find them mostly in Fiber glass though, i have been a good boy and looked up in the history topics to see that many people are against the use of fg kits. but others say it depends on the kit. Most of the kits i am looking at are 4 layers.....i have no clue what 4 layers mean....that good or not? Also is there any place i can get a good deal on a kit.....?

Thanks for the help and please keep the flames away

Have one on me;

first of all octane = r34...r33 is probably what u meant i assume. 4 layers means 4 layer of fiberglass..most place are like 6-7 layers for fg. But layers doesn't mean anything, it all depends on the quality of the fiberglass..you need it see it with your own eyes, not trust ppl on ebay that says we use "quality" fiberglass.
about deal...i couldn't help u with that, i am looking for one myself, tell me if u got a good deal

I totaled my civic due to some female driver, no offence, but anything bad that has happened to me in my cars, has always been due to some shitty female driver, and yes, I do think female drivers aren’t as good as male, not all, but most, and ill say it time, and time again.

urethane kits bend more under pressure. the fiber glass kits tend to chip more often than other. There is a new style out some flexiable fiber glass...i dunno i saw adds for it in the new street compact car. I am still looking around for a good kit.....but i have to agree almost all female drivers should stay off the road....every accident has been with a female driver......not all are bad....lol like the chick in the fast and the furious or even in 2f2f....ohh wait.....thats just movie life....lol...nevermind....yah they all pretty much stink**.

**except any female reading this post!!! hehehehehe

sux about your ride, if you look into getting kit go urethane all the way. Its not worth the trouble with FG even the blue class which is the flexible FG. as far as good prices www.aerotrends.com has some pretty good prices, easy to deal with honest peeps. GL with your claims
