Nope, it isnt either, it isn't a phony and it isn't a Blitz kit.
I think that those are R34/Octane sides, but the front is not R34. Either the Blitz kit isn't out for our car yet, or its that ugly orange car with all those stickers on it that retails for $2,000 (it includes fender flares and a hood, but the kit is fiberglass). Just search and you will find your answer.
Look in CGodwin's profile, it should say what type of kit he has. Otherwise wait for him to respond (or even PM him).

his was modded to fit from a 6th gen civic and they do have one out for our cars. the just have the front bumper though, not a full kit. this page has them, but they are very expensive, around $425 shipped.

Or I would just take off all the stickers and put on a new paint job and fix up the interior so that it is drivable (but that Jetta is f@cking ugly, the ugliest waste of money I have ever seen). The Blitz kit does look pretty cool, but it is so overplayed now, go with something more original, IMO.
