Alternator/Fusable Link

I was replacing the alternator on 2012 Civic. Forgot to remove the power from the battery and accidentally touched metal and got a small arc. Installed the new alternator, but have no power at the terminal. Checked all of the 75 amp fuses in the fusebox under the hood and all were good. I cannot find anything about the location of the fusable link.

Re: Alternator/Fusable Link

Did you replace with factory or with an aftermarket?
I was searching for a HO alternator for my 2014 (same generation as the 2012) and couldn't find one for a while. After e-mailing a company I was told there is a special connector that prevents an easy swap, in fact the company I e-mailed said they did not even have plans to make a HO alternator for this generation civic (mechman)

Other thoughts are, is the battery simply dead? How long did it ark?
If there are not any fuses or relays that are broken then there could be a melted contact point somewhere from the extremely high amperage that flows during a short circuit.

The 100 amp fuse in the underhood fusebox will be blown.
