Type of HID Bulb

how do I find out what hid bulb to buy if if doesnt say anything I know the ballast in a 12v 35x and the bulb connector says 5000k but it doesnt have anything else written on it. its a fog light bulb so its not a two way bulb.

What connector? For lights should be around 3000k to be most effective. Although, HID foglights in a stock halogen housing will NEVER be effective in fog, and are highly illegal.
