cd player clicks

cd player clicks hello,
my issue is with my stock cd player in my 2010 civic, clicking when I load cds. then ejects the cd and will say bad disk or check owners manual. some times it will play the cd and sometimes it wont. I know if I have been driving for about 15 min then it will play. but when the car is cold it will not any more. it use to play the cd's fine. I tried with regular cds same thing. but not sure if it was due to scratchs. when I took it to the dealer who is 23 min away they said it worked fine when they put a reg cd in. any help please.
