how to install missing rear speakers in 07

I've looked all over the web but haven't been able to find any instructions on how to install rear speakers in an 07 that does not have any rear speakers -- only the two in the front (don't ask, it was used and very cheap). Any suggestions?

well idk, do you see any speaker wire near where the rear speakers should be? if not, idk. i would just start over, take the car apart and redo the wiring with a small amp and get a new deck. its gonna be a pain to figure out just how much is missing from the stock setup.
