[HondaCivic07] Heavy vibrating engine noises in park, reverse and releasing gas pedal

Dear Civic Forum Members,

First post, lovely forum you guys have here!

Was seeking some advise regarding what could be wrong with my Honda Civic 2007.

Overall great car, serviced regularly, last oil + filter check Jan 2017.

In last two weeks, it has had really loud vibrating engine noises especially:

1. First starting the car in the morning while in park and shifting to reverse (goes away when moving into drive but foot on brake)
2. When driving, the moment I lift foot OFF accelerator pedal it starts to vibrate – at all speeds, worse from 20-50 km/hr, WHILE accelerating the vibration noises aren't there
3. Slowing down to the traffic light, the car jerks a bit and the noise worsens (can hear it when it shifts downs gears)

It's never had an accident or required any major repairs. I took it to an aircon guy who did a re-gas, and at the Jan 2017 check up, mechanics were saying something about engine mount having issues and maybe transmission leak?

Any ideas?

Thanks,
B

Engine mount on the passengers side has collapsed.
Search this site, there is a picture of good vs. bad in several threads here
