Please note that most of the time the lights do not need to be reaimed. At work we usually start asking lots of questions when someone wishes to have the lights aimed, because it's so rarely ever necessary.
The most common issue I see: If anyone has installed or replaced a headlight bulb incorrectly, wrong bulb type, turned, clocked wrong, or leaning even slightly askew, the aim and the beam pattern can be greatly affected. Simply correcting the installation error solves the issue.
If you really need to reaim the lights, there should be places for a phillips screwdriver to hit the adjusters.
