Hello,
I have a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L I bough used that had 40K miles on it and just recently at 50K now, it is beginning to vibrate heavily when on drive and vibrates more with A/C on. Never did that before. It was running fine up until now.

I have done my tune-ups and have just recently installed new spark plugs as well but that did not help at all. Continues to vibrate and it is really bothersome. I notice that it vibrates even more and constantly when I kick on the A/C.

Any other ideas on how to correct this? It is running idle at right rpm's when hot. I believe at around 7K or 7500.

What else can I check to try and resolve this?

That's quite the idle... ha, ha,

The R18 was never the smoothest, and after the 2011s they pretty much started from scratch (again) with those mounts. My 2013 is a little rough, but pretty smooth compared to my 2010.

Did you use OEM plugs ?? (You should)

However, what is the solution though? There's got to be a fix, as it did not do this before nor this is not normal.

So wait......, what, you are idling over the redline? 7K RPM? I can only assume you mean 700 or 750 RPM, right?

Did you check the engine mounts? Are they starting to crack?
