LIMP MODE! - 2007 Honda Civic
I had a misfire in cylinder 2 and changed the spark plug and coil and it doesn't misfire anymore at the same time it was stuck on limp mode before that issue. Now the car doesn't have anymore misfire but its still stuck on limp mode. I tried disconnecting the battery (doesn't work) tried takin out the fuse in the fuse box (doesn't work) anyone know how to fix this. AutoZone and all these places don't reset the codes because its the law here in florida.

Is the misfire code gone now? If disconnecting the battery got that code to erase, then it should erase any other engine codes at the same time.
Unless it still has an unfixed fault code (Check engine light still stays on?), or a deeper problem the computer cannot detect.
Try different code readers, maybe there's manufacturer-specific code the generic readers cannot display?
Transmission problem?
What are you calling 'limp mode'? What is it doing?
