Hi I was just wondering if there are and good aftermarket ignition could for an 06 civic 1.8L and what are good spark plugs to use and also are their any aftermarket fuel filter, oil filters that would last longer\ give me more power?

Rep Power: 0 Okay well what I meant by more power is that I'm sure none of these things have been replaced in well over 100k and if there was anything better to replace them with what would it be.

Do all of the preventative maintenance listed in the manual. That should bring it back to par.

Typically the oil filter is replaced when the oil is changed. If you are doing your own oil changes, you should be changing the filter. If you're paying someone else to change the oil, they should be (and probably are) changing the filter.
