engine light on with flashing D light

2009 Civic with 135000 km never had a problem till today engine light on with flashing D light and wont change gear on highway stuck on 4th RPM 3000 at 80km won't change. what to do before going to Honda buy the way my warranty just expired 28 days ago after a complete check at Honda what a coincidence.

Plug in a code reader and read the codes.

code P0843 = 2nd clutch system high
