Anyone good with bumpers?

Hello, so my mother gave me a 09 Honda Civic LX-S Sedan couple years ago for my first car. Even though I used to hate it, recently I started to really enjoy driving it and I want to learn and start to take care of it. Because I am new to cars and mechanics, I do not know what is wrong with the car. Whenever I go over 51mph, the sides of the front bumper starts to make a rattling noise. When I looked at the sides, it seems like its missing couple bolts or screws that hold the bumpers in place with the body, but I'm not quite certain. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or would it be better if I replaced the front bumper? If I do replace it, how much would it cost in general? Thanks in advance!

Re: Anyone good with bumpers?

Could possibly just be some clips that can pop back into place, have you tried giving it a firm push up into place?

Back when my parents were still the technical owners of my 2006 some lady backed into me. My parents went to the "preferred" repair shop and when I got the car back the edge of the rear bumper, where it met with two other panels, was sticking out about a full inch.

I gave it a nice push and it popped into place
(however the reason it was not clipped in the first place was because that corner was bent a slight bit, so it still isn't flush, but only sticks out 1/8th-1/4 inch)

Other than that you need to check under the car and see if any clips/brackets are broken or bent, as well as looking for any screws that may have been pulled loose, or stripped out completely.
