2009 honda civic horn problem

hi, i went to use my horn the other day and as i pushed the wheel the horn did not work. when i push the the wheel to use the horn it clicks but nothing comes out, i also found out my third brake light had went out. so the first thing i did was change the fuse(was not blown) and nothing had changed, any suggestions?

The click sound rules out many parts...

You likely have an open coil in the horn itself.

.....and the center brake light is out.
If it's a bulb, change the bulb.
If it's an LED strip, that's a little more work.

For the horn, I'd see if the wires will light up a test light bulb before sticking a horn in it.
