Ok for starters 97 civic si 2 door " not a delsol" d16y8 now to get to my prob i got thinkin an i allways like to tinker to find mpg's an a lil more power i recently have takin my intake off an used 2 cans of brake cleaner to it omg lol shinny again in an out any ways new intake gaskit an throttle housing gaskit cleaned iacv but found knock sensor brokin but was still workin no cel befor but pulled on the wire by mistake and well ya know so had to run the car for a couple weeks till the new one came from ebay worked like crap of corse rps way up then drop after30 sec 1500 to be exact at idal annow i put the new sencor in had the batt disconected doin so prob 20 mi or so an now running an im a coaster its 5 speed manual an coasting its revin 1200 or so till i stop an 30 secs its drops to normal never did this befor i did the cleaning job or finished brakin the sensor sorry for the long story just more infor to help describe is all any sujestions? ???
