'06 trunk- mat and cargo net question

Have an '06 coupe. Trunk has the cargo net so has the 4 posts coming out of the floor for the net to attach to. Bought the factory mat for the trunk. It has 4 raised areas that cover the net posts so the mat sits flat. What if I want to use the net with the mat? Do I cut the 4 raised areas out of the mat so the posts show through or am I not supposed to use the mat and net at the samt time. What do all of you do? thanks

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Chop the holes if you think you need to.

Or don't.

Life is FULL of choices.

It's really up to you.

If you chop the holes, the mat may no longer contain a liquid spill.

Re: '06 trunk- mat and cargo net question

My factory mat came cut.
If you want to use the posts you're going to have to cut it.
