2006 Civic Coupe problem starting

The car just died going down the road. When my daughter put the car in park it locked the shifter and had some clicking sounds from the fuse relay area. The car would turn over but not start. A tow company guy got the transmission lock released and then the the green key appeared. We got past the security system (green key) by locking and unlocking the door 8 times. The car started. Tow company guy thought the problem was probably her amp causing an electrical draw overload so we unhooked it to resolved later. Alternator and battery checked out OK.

One week later with amp still unhooked, the car shut down again. Transmission locked again but no green key. Car will turn over but there is a clicking in the relay area at ON. Thought it might be the fuel pump relay so I've replaced the PGM-FI relay. I can not hear the fuel pump engage but I hear a TING in the tank.

My initial thought is bad fuel pump but the transmission continues to lock whenever place in park and the clicking sound make me think it might be another relay. All fuses are good.

Thanks for the help.
