Curtain air bag

Is the part number the same for a curtain air bag on the 06 civic coupe and 4-dr models?

nope.

coupe's part numbers (right and left, respectively): 78870-SVA-A81 and 78875-SVA-A81
sedan's part numbers (right and left, respectively): 78870-SNA-A93 and 78875-SNA-A93

Looking at the part drawings, they're shaped differently, too.

coupe (#8 and 9 on the drawing):


sedan (#10 and 11 on the drawing):
