06 Civic Engine Noise

Hi, I'm trying to locate the source of a noise my engine is making. I have a video here to show you the sound:

The car is an 06 Civic Coupe LX with approx. 107,000kms. I've taken the car to a Honda dealership and they searched for the source of the noise but were unable to locate it. In the report they say: "Can hear minor chirping from engine. Sounds like right side. Possible bearings. Tensioner. Not obvious at this time. Monitor for change in sound. Should become easier to pinpoint and detect as gets more pronounced. Please Monitor." I replaced the Serpentine Belt, which needed replacing but the sound persists. The engine makes the noise both at idle and when I'm driving and the noise is loudest when the car is cold.

Any ideas where the sound is possibly coming from? Any help is appreciated!!

Re: 06 Civic Engine Noise

Eh. Hard to say, at least for me. Maybe it needs a valve adjustment? Listening to something on YT makes it kinda hard to judge. Hopefully some of the others can chime in as to what it may be.

Re: 06 Civic Engine Noise

Take the serpentine belt off and see if you still hear the noise. This could eliminate some possibilities like the belt tensioner and accessories. This is the easiest test I can think of
