Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Do I need to convert to returnless if I just want to increase my fuel supply? I'm really just looking at driving more fuel to my 310cc's....

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Nope. In fact a stock pump should keep up with the RSX-S injectors. I'm pretty sure Edwin ran one at 6 psi for a long time. I still running the return system at 9 psi on 577c injectors.

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Good luck getting the RSX-S injectors to flow that much at less than 99% duty cycle. Mine would top out at 5 psi on my GT30 and I know that was less than 220whp. RSX-S injectors are good for about 185whp tops. You really don't want to run your injectors above 90-92% duty cycle as you run a greater risk of them failing.
Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Yep, check the sig.......I got my RSX-s injectors to 96% cycle @ 9 psi but she started to lean out at higher rpms. I made alot of power. On the street I can get 7-8 psi all day long & have no problems. I'm on stock fuel system & pump

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
So the question is: Will having my Kpro (vs emanage) be enough to take the same conditions and crank 220WHP out of it....
Sounds like regardless of pump, those injectors will begin to lean out anyway though. I'm in AZ and can't have it lean out in the summer. Maybe SRT4 injectors are my solution?

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
my tuner suggests at least 440cc if not 550cc. both can be run using the stock returnless system. its better to have to tune your injectors down then to max them out.

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Nope. EMS is not relevant in this case. Flow is flow and it doesn't matter what flavor computer chip is telling them to dump more fuel, if the injectors can't hang, then they can't hang. Unless you have some other way to bring the WHP numbers up (cam, PnP job, etc..) without adding more fuel or boost, you won't stand a chance of safely seeing 220whp on RSX-S injectors.

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Well looks like it's time to sell these RSX-S's and get some SRT4's..... and time to look for a write up. lol
Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Ya 220whp is possible w/ RSX injectors....but...not on a stock motor. You'd have to jump the boost up. I'm sure a built motor w/ hondata & RSX injectors at say uh....6-7 psi make that!
This return kit doesn't come with the fuel rail though huh?

Re: Return Fuel Conversion
Negative. I already have it, just waiting to put it all together. Need to sell these RSXS injectors and pickup some SRT4's. This thread has told me that I won't need a new fuel pump to get to 220 but at least we keep bumping this thread lol
