Air Suspension
I'm selling my air suspension system I have set up for my '03 Civic. I had the parts on for about 3 months and I have no leaks in the system. All the work is done, all you need to do is run the air lines and wiring then mount everything. I went through the hell of finding the leaks and putting everything together, so you're getting a deal right there.
I have pics posted in the links provided. Sorry everything is kinda dirty from the recent snow storm..all the salt on the roads. I'll be cleaning that up.
The nice thing about this kit I have for sale is that you don't have to take apart the struts you have on your car now and put the bags on. Whoever made the stuts for Honda for the 03+ models varied the diameter of the strut cylinders, so that's why a lot of places don't sell bags for 03 Civics. I bought 01' Civic struts from a junk yard to get around that problem.
I didn't know any of that information before I had everything apart...I love how the guy I bought the bags from said they would fit an '03 Civic no problem.
Each bag is set up to be independent of each other and I have two dual needle gauges to make sure the car is level. The switch box is 10 switches and can do pretty much anything you want it to do. I mostly used the All rear up/down and the all Front up/down function. I have needle valves connected to the 5 gallon tank to adjust the air flow coming out so you can have more control over the bags fillling when the switches are being used. I also have check valves so you can pretty much take the tank out of the car after the bags are filled if you need to work in the trunk or what not. If the check valves weren't there the bags would rely on the pressure of the tank to stay inflated.
When my car was all the way lowered, the front bumper sat 3.25" off the ground with a Kaminari body kit. Wheels tuck very nicely and you don't have to worry about rolling fenders.
If you see the parts list in the link that I provided you can see all the parts that are involved with this system. A lot of places try and sell you a kit for your car but it's missing half the parts that you really need; especially if your car is going to be driven everyday. I did a search for the cheapest parts that I can find to make the exact same system that I have and it's close to $2500.
I'll let this system go for $2000 and I'll be willing to help with the install, assuming you live close enough. I could always answer questions too!

I wondering about the ride. The closet thing I've ever driven with an airbag system was (w140 w220 etc...92-99 S class, and 2000-2005 S-class mercedes) anyway I think it would be something cool to have.

re:
The ride felt pretty close to stock even lowered to where the fenders were hugging the tires. If you don't have enough pressure in the bags then you can definitely notice that the ride sucks, it gets really bouncey.
The rear set-up can be a little noisy at times too especially around bumpy roads. The way the rear bags were designed they only allow you to "clamp" two plates together with the trunk floor between them. I made a rubber piece to go between those plates so it wasn't metal against metal. The noise is not annoying or anything, it's just that every once in awhile if you don't have music playing you can tell it's not factory suspension.

Looks a little high in the rear full slammed? If it sat lower I would pick it up maybe, one of my bags just popped so I gotta go back to stock for a while. Free bump!

you guys are insane...there is no way i'm dropping a grand off my asking price. I have a pic up with the car only fully lowered in the rear, (not the front and the rear) with 15" wheels and winter tires. Bad picture I must say. I don't understand why anyone would want/need to go any lower than what this air bag kit does. I don't have to worry about crushing fenders or cutting out my fender wells. My car sat 3.25" off the ground in the front, the back looked like it sat higher cuz of the way the Kaminari rear lip is designed.

Man I only payed 2500.00 for my set up in stalled. Let a lone I was one of the first in the states to have a 7th gen baged. The whole perpouse of having an air ride suspsion is to get the car as close to the ground as possable. As far as cutting and rolling finders I didnt have to do that. Dont get me wrong you have a cool kit for some one that just wants to say they have air ride. But that kit is only worth about 1200.00... Just my .02

I even made everything really easy to read in the link I provided for the air bag kit I'm selling. I listed ALL the parts I have in my kit and what the cost is of each part, if you were to buy everything part by part. There's a ton of different kits you can get and there's an infinite amount of set-up options. The one I am selling, I paid approx. $2600 and installed everything myself. I added things you don't really need (accessories) and I also had to buy 01 Civic struts because I have an '03 civic and the strut diameter was too large for the bags.My car is not for show, I could careless if it sat on the ground or not. The system I have is set-up for every day driving. So yeah, I'm sure you can get a kit for $1200, but you can always get a Civic DX instead of a Civic EX. Also, lots of people have connections and can work out deals for you, there's ways around paying a lot for an air suspension system.

If anyone out there is interested in this kit, don't listen to some of these fools...

Yes it is vary possable. The front your are limited to what you can do, do to the fact that the way the front is set up with a mcphersion strut asmebaley. As for the rear you could do away with the rear strut and just use a 2 pilow bag as i have on mine. Ride is vary nice. Key thing on any air ride set up is the happy medeum. Witch is having the right amount of air in the front and rear bags. To much and you will get a hard stiff ride and to little and you will get a really soft and bouncy ride.Hope this helps you.
See i am not knocking your set up I am tring to help you sell it.....
