04 civic turn signal & hazard HELP!!

My turn signals and hazards aren't working. I've replaced all the fuses and the relay but they are still not working. Does anyone know what to do??

Re: 04 civic turn signal & hazard HELP!!

Does anyone know what to do?
I'd get a wiring diagram and a voltmeter and do some testing.

I could test to see if the correct fuses are actually powered up, test for grounds, test the switches, etc.
If I thought it might be a bad flasher, I can test and make sure -- before I decide to buy.

Got any other strange electrical problems, other stuff that doesn't work right? Keyless, AC, warning beeper, courtesy lights?

Recent radio install or anything? Someone left the hazard switch unplugged?

I did recently do some stereo work and the hazard button broke out of the dash, but it still fits in the wiring connection & the fuses/relays are providing power. Could a broken hazard button cause the turn signals to not work? Everything else that's electrical works fine. alarms, lights, interior, AC, dash switches.
