2005 civic rear turn signal issue
2005 civic rear turn signal issue
I have a 2005 civic and rear turn signal works sometimes and doesnt others...the bulb is fine and the tail lite part works but signal works and then doesnt (and it flashes wildly on the dash when it does this) what do i need to do to fix this issue...any help would be appreciated... thanks

i played with the wires and it works sometimes when i move the wires around...is it the ground...is the black one going into the socket the ground wire...should i splice the black ground wire and ground in the trunk and see if that fixes the issue?

Wiggle that wire very carefully so you can narrow down to the exact point where it makes and breaks contact, then take that apart to see why?
Yes black is shown as the ground for the light. Grounds are bolted to the rear panel of the trunk area near the trunklid striker (remove plastic trims to see).
