So the rear doors don't unlock? Is there a child lock switch in the door when you open it? I'm kind of confused by your wording.

Re: About 2014 Civic Sedan Touring

Your salesperson SHOULD have gone over all of the personalization settings and preferences with you when you received the new car. Return to that salesperson and have them go through all of the settings with you and set up the features to your liking.

You can also compare to another new car if yours seems wrong.

If the car is broken, the car is under warranty. Your dealership needs to fix it. If the dealership cannot solve the problem, then I suggest you call the customer assistance telephone number and ask them what to do.
