Need help. Civic cranking over slow!
Ok so we did a complete rebuild on our d16y7. 1999 Civic sedan EX. We tried starting it but it is turning over way to slow. So we put in a 12 volt battery from a tractor to see if that would try it. Nothing just the same ol slow cranking..... Hooked it up with the jump box and a 35 volt jump start and nothing either. turned over way to slow.. Anyone have any ideas?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Spin the crankshaft with a ratchet and socket.
Does it feel normal or way too tight?
Also, don't make 20 threads all saying the same thing.
