What brand of silicone is best for sound dampening?
I have read on these forums that a good way to sound dampen our civics is to put 1/2" gasket foam where the rear deck and the rear window meet, and to also "put a bead of silicone" in the webbing of the trunk frame. So where do you get this silicone? What is the name of it, or the one that works best for this?
