Tuning via SAFC or Neo

I have a d17a1 motor stock except for a "cold air intake" by ebay that I did a bit of modification to now it sits right in front of the radiator fan. I was wondering if I could use an SAFC or NEO to do a bit of tuning on the motor and crank more power out of it. Any ideas?

so now you're blowing hot air into a CAI? doesn't make sense to me....... IMO though, the SAFC isn't worth the cost for the performance you'd gain, if any.
